A time for big change and also frustration, when change doesn’t come easy. I like to bring in some buds to remind me of this ability to open up and face the season despite the grumpiness or agitation I feel some days!

Today I thought I would save a tree from being cut down and make a wooden one at home. Felt fantastic until my almost two year old peed on it, then tried to climb it and it fell. Till next year when they’re Potty trained and my tree is more sturdy #naturetherapygonewrong

The season of metal is upon us, a time to look inward and reunite with the value within

It's fall, and the time for letting go. A practice

It's fall, and the time for letting go. A practice that we often leave to being unconscious (breathing in and out, losing of keys). And one that can feel difficult or even terrifying when we are confronted with a need to do it consciously.

By practicing letting go, daily and with gentleness we can shift our interpretation of loss and move into feelings of releasing, openness, enthusiasm and even indifference! Follow the link in bio for directions!

I have a love for pulling Tarot cards (pm me if you ever want a reading!). Today, amongst a series of other cards I pulled this one. At first it feels heavy and frustrating, but as I explore it more the story behind the card is to not compromise your knowing, to half ass your inner sense of direction, for it leaves us stuck to someone or something that is, as you can see, disgruntled.
